Service providers and information categories

ProSite operates a WordPress and WooCommerce website hosted by Hostinger. Stripe processes payments. We receive customer account and business contact information, order and subscription records, support correspondence, project specifications, and clientuploaded documents and photographs. We do not need to store complete payment-card numbers to process Stripe payments.

Planned analytics and consent

ProSite plans to use Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 connected through Site Kit by Google, with Complianz to manage cookie preferences. Analytics may collect device information, approximate location derived from IP address, site usage, page views and conversion events. Where required, nonessential analytics will be activated only in accordance with consent preferences. The exact tools and cookies in use are determined by the live website configuration.

Privacy rights and security

Individuals may request access, correction or deletion of information by contacting legal@getprositesolution.com. We will assess requests under applicable law, verify identity when appropriate and explain any lawful retention exceptions. We use access controls and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free.

Retention and customer materials

Clients can request copies of their original content and project data for 30 days after a managed service ends. Payment, tax, contractual and security records may be retained as reasonably needed for legal and operational purposes. Backup copies may expire on a separate schedule. The 30-day retrieval window is not a guarantee of permanent deletion of all records at day 30.

Children and external sites

Our services are intended for businesses and adults authorized to act for them, not for children under 13. Third-party sites and services have separate privacy practices. We may update this policy prospectively and post the date of the updated version.

Order of precedence
A signed project statement of work controls project-specific scope and pricing. These Terms govern
general site use; the Subscription and Billing Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Website
License and Migration Terms govern their respective subjects. No online policy retroactively changes a
signed order without the parties’ agreement.
Disputes and applicable law
Texas law governs, except mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived. The parties will
first send a written description of a dispute and attempt informal resolution for 30 days before filing
suit, unless urgent relief or a statutory deadline requires earlier action. Courts with jurisdiction in
Hidalgo County, Texas may hear disputes, subject to mandatory law.
Limitations and exclusions
ProSite does not guarantee uninterrupted service, search rankings, sales or revenue. To the extent
allowed by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from
ordinary contract claims. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud,
willful misconduct or mandatory statutory remedies.
Customer support and notices
Official legal notices and cancellation requests may be sent to legal@getprositesolution.com. Account
and order notices may be delivered to the email address supplied by the customer. Customers must
keep their contact information current.
Agreement at checkout
A customer accepts applicable purchase and subscription terms by affirmatively selecting a required,
initially unchecked agreement checkbox with accessible links to those terms before placing an order.
ProSite retains the version and acceptance record. Mere browsing does not constitute acceptance.
Continued use alone will not be treated as consent to material changes requiring affirmative agreement.
